Esan is engaged exploration and development projects across the Western Tethyan and Central Asia Metallogenic Belt including Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Our exploration efforts are primarily focused on the discovery of new mineral deposits from early to advanced stage projects with a strong emphasis on base and precious metal and critical mineral targets in underexplored terrains.

Exploration Academy
The Exploration Academy, which was launched in 2022, has provided training opportunities for more than 50 geologists of varying experience levels. With over 3,500 hours of training, more than 10 mine visits, and expert-led sessions on topics such as economic geology, structural geology, mineral deposits, and resource estimation, the academy has played a key role in promoting excellence in mineral exploration and sustainable mining.
2025
"Esan Exploration Academy" will gather in the next quarter to evaluate past training and development achievements and share plans for 2025.
2024
“Structural Geology Training” on deposit-scale data collection, analysis, and 3D geological modeling was conducted by Anna Fonseca for mining, resource, and exploration geologists.
2023
"Skarn Deposits Training" was carried out in scope of Exploration Academy by Dr. Zhaoshan Chang from Colorado School of Mines.
