STEP 2 TESTS AND INVENTORIES

In our recruitment processes, we utilize scientifically based and validated tests and inventories. These assessments aim to measure cognitive abilities, personality traits, and the foreign language proficiency required for the job. The results obtained are just one of the evaluation criteria within the recruitment process.

Since the tests are adapted according to the requirements and level of the positions, candidates applying for different job postings may experience varied assessment methods throughout their recruitment journey.

STEP 3 COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

After the completition of tests and inventories, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences in detail through one-on-one interviews with the human resources department and the relevant business unit managers. Following these interviews, various simulations and assessment center exercises may be conducted to observe behaviors aligned with the position's requirements.

STEP 3 OFFER

Job evaluation methodology is used to determine the size of positions within our organization. Total compensation packages for positions are established based on the results of global, local, and sector-specific market salary surveys. Candidates who successfully complete the recruitment steps receive a job offer from the Human Resources department.

Career Test Drive

Career Test Drive is a summer internship program specifically for third-year undergraduate students. Designed using innovative methods, this program offers students a chance to explore different career opportunities. The program also offers a test drive opportunity for students preparing for their career journeys. Interns, known as 'Pilots', work under the guidance of their mentors on projects lasting at least two months during their internship. This process provides them with the opportunity to learn about the culture, business approach, and processes of Eczacıbaşı and Esan.
